Mr Ramon S. Ang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2024. Prior to this, he served as Vice Chairman, President, and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Currently, he also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc and Petron Corporation; President of Ginebra San Miguel, Inc.; Chairman of the Board of Directors of San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited and Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd; Vice Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc; Chairman of San Miguel Brewery Inc; Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer of San Miguel Global Power Holdings Corp; Chairman and President of San Miguel Holdings Corp, SMC SLEX, Inc, San Miguel Equity Investments Inc, San Miguel Properties, Inc, and San Miguel Aerocity Inc; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp; Chairman of San Miguel Foods, Inc, Eagle Cement Corporation, San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation, Clariden Holdings, Inc., Anchor Insurance Brokerage Corporation, Philippine Diamond Hotel & Resort, Inc. Mr. John Paul L. Ang has been the Chief Operating Officer, President, Vice Chairman and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Director of the company from 2021 to 2024. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of San Miguel Food and Beverage Inc, Eagle Cement Corporation, Solid North Mineral Corp., and Southwestern Cement Corporation. Mr. Ang also works as the Chairman of and President of SanMiguel Equity Investments. He is also Vice Chairman of San Miguel Global PowerHoldings Corp. Mr. Ang also serves as the Director of San Miguel Brewery Inc., SMC Tollways Corporation, SMC SLEX Inc., Aerofuel Storage Management Inc., Argonbay Construction Company, Inc., Pacific Nickel Philippines, Inc., Philnico Industrial Corporation, and KB Space Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Bryan U. Villanueva has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of Special Corporate Projects – Office of the President at the company and from 2023 to 2025. He was also the Chief Finance Officer of San Miguel Aerocity Inc. Mr. Villanueva also worked as the consultant of the company. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Global Head of Finance Sponsors Coverage at Standard Chartered Bank from 2007 to 2017. Mr. Villanueva was the Director of Framework Capital Corporation from 2006 to 2008. He was also the Director of UBS Investment Bank from 2002 to 2006. Before this, he served as an Associate of Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2002.
