Mr. Ramon S. Ang has been the Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman, and President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, and President of the company from 2002 to 2020. Mr. Ang has also been the Vice Chairman of the company since 1999. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc and Petron Corporation. Prior to this, he serves as the Chairman of San Miguel Brewery Inc and San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited (Hong Kong) and Liberty Telecoms Holdings Inc and as a Vice Chairman of Ginebra San Miguel, Inc., and San Miguel Pure Foods Co, Inc. He serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SMC Global Power Holdings Corp; Chairman of Sea Refinery Corporation, San Miguel Foods, Inc., San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corp, San Miguel Properties, Inc., Clariden Holdings, Inc., and Anchor Insurance Brokerage Corp. Mr. Ang also serves as a Chairman of Privado Holdings Corp, Philippine Diamond Hotel & Resort Inc, Philippine Oriental Realty Development Inc, and Atea Tierra Corporation. Earlier, He also served in several leadership positions. These include President and Chief Operating Officer of PAL Holdings, Inc. and Philippine Airlines, Inc, Director of Air Philippines Corp, Chairman of Cyber Bay Corp and Vice Chairman and Director of Manila Electric Co.

Mr. Ferdinand K. Constantino has been the Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2010. He also serves as a Director of the company's subsidiaries, San Miguel Brewery Inc, Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc., Ginebra San Miguel Inc., and Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd. Prior to this, he served as a Director and Vice Chairman of SMC Global Power Holdings Corp. He is also the President of Anchor Insurance Brokerage Corp and Director of San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corp, San Miguel Foods Inc., Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corp and Northern Cement. He also serves as the Chairman of San Miguel Foundation, Inc. Previously, Mr. Constantino also served as a Director of PAL Holdings, Inc., and Philippine Airlines, Inc. Earlier, he served as the Director of San Miguel Pure Foods Company, Inc. from 2008 to 2009 and as Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of San Miguel Brewery Inc. from 2007 to 2009 and as the Chief Finance Officer of the San Miguel Beer Division from 1999 to 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Manila Electric Co in 2009.

Mr. Carlos Antonio M. Berba is the Managing Director of San Miguel Brewing International Ltd. He also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the San Miguel Brewing Hong Kong; a Director of Neptunia Corporation Limited and San Miguel Brewery Inc.
