Mr. Timo Lappalainen has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. He served as a Director of the company. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Orion Corporation from 2008 to 2022. He served as Executive Vice President from 2003 to 2005 and Senior Vice President of Business Development from 1999 to 2005 at Orion Pharma. He also held leadership positions at Leiras Ltd from 1994 to 1999., Finvest Ltd from 1989 to 1993., and as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co from 1987 to 1988.

Mr. Rob Kolkman has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sanoma Learning from 2020 to 2023. Previously, he served as Managing Director at RELX Group from 2017 to 2018 and as Managing Director of ICIS from 2016 to 2017, as Chief Executive Officer of Netherlands from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Kolkman served as Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand at Elsevier from 2008 to 2014. Earlier, he served as Associate Director at Reed Business Netherlands from 2006 to 2008 and publishing director from 2004 to 2006. Previously, he also served as Director at Elsevier Baard from 2003 to 2004.

Mr. Alex Green has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of eBay Classifieds Group from 2013 to 2022. He also held several managerial and leadership positions at eBay Group from 2006 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the European Head of Finance at Factiva Plc from 2001 to 2005. From 1996 to 2001, he held various finance positions at ExxonMobile.

Ms. Kaisa Aalto-Luoto has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since July 2026. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer of Finnair. Prior to this, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer of Sanoma Media Finland. She also worked at Outotec and Mandatum Life.
