Mr. William Vereker has been the Chairman of the bank since November 2020. Previously, he served as a director of the bank. Prior to this, he served as Global Head at UBS from 2013 to 2018. Earlier, he worked at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura. He also served as Vice Chairman of JP Morgan.

Mr. Michael Charles Regnier has been the Chief Executive Officer of Santander UK since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director at Yorkshire Building Society. Previously, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Yorkshire Building Society. Earlier, he worked as the Credit Cards Director and Products and Marketing Director at TSB. Mr. Regnier served as a Director at Visa UK and Chairman at LTSB Cardnet.

Mr. Angel Santodomingo Martell has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the bank since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chair and Group Head of the Strategy at Santander Spain. Previously, he served as the Investor Relations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Banco Santander Brazil. He served as the Head of Investor Relations and Head of the International Development and Asset Management at the Santander Group.

Mr. Stephen White has been the Chief Operating Officer of the the company since June 2022. Prior to this he served at Allied Irish Bank, Clydesdale Bank, and National Australia Bank, and once served as head of operations for Abbey National.

Mr. Pedro Aires Coruche Castro E Almeida has ben a Director of the bank since September 2023. He also serves as the Santander Regional Head of Europe since Sptember 2023. Previously, he served as a Director Banco Santander de Negocios Portugal and Banco Santander Totta from 2007 to 2009. He served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Banco Santander (Portugal).
