Mr. Xiang Wenbo has been the chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman and President of the company from 2007 to 2022. He was also the Executive President, General Manager of the Marketing Department and Manager of the Company. Mr. Wenbo is currently the Party Secretary and Director of Sany Group; and Director of Sany Heavy Equipment International Controls Co Ltd.

Mr. Yi Xiaogang, born in 1963, has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Engineer of the company. He was also the president of the company's general research institute from 2012 to 2015. Previously, he was the Chairman of the pump road business department from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Xiaogang also worked as the General Manager of pump road business department at the company from 2009 to 2010. Before this, he was also the General Manager of road machinery business department from 1996 to 2009.

Mr. Liu Hua has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was also the Chief Ledger Supervisor, Director of Internal Audit Department, Director of Accounting, Chief Accountant and Deputy Director of the Office of the Board of Directors at the company. Mr. Liu currently serves as a director of Sany Automobile Finance Co Ltd, Loudi City Zhongxing Hydraulic Parts Co Ltd, Loudi City Zhongyuan New Materials Co Ltd, Hunan Sany Pavement Machinery Co Ltd, Sany Financial Guarantee Co Ltd, Sany Financial Leasing Co Ltd, and Sany Automobile Crane Machinery Co Ltd.
