Mr. Mohammad Azlan Abdullah has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a Group Chief Executive Officer of Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (PROLINTAS) Group of Companies since 1 March 2017. Prior to joining PROLINTAS, he was the Chief Executive Officer of The New Straits Times Press Malaysia.

Mr. Datuk Mohd Anuar Taib has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Upstream at Petroliam Nasional BHD. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Upstream at Petroliam Nasional BHD.

Mr Andy Chew has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company from October 2021 to December 2021. Mr. chew began also served as Vice President and Group Controller of the company from April 2021. Preceding this, he served as the Head of Reporting at Royal Dutch Shell (RDS) Group. Prior to this, he served as the Director Finance at RDS Group.

Ms. Melissa Lokman has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the General Manager of People Strategy and Development of Group Human Resources Department. Ms. Lokman also served as a Derivatives Trader at Credit Suisse. Preceding this, she worked as a consultat at Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Nasri Mehat has been the Chief Executive Officer, Operation & Maintenance of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he worked as General Manager for Kencana Pinewell Sdn Bhd and Head of Hook-Up Commissioning Division at Sapura Energy since 2018. Mr. Mehat also served as General Manager of Operations for Nam Fatt Corporation Bhd, and had experience in various sectors such as construction industry, predominantly in the oil & gas sector and topside major maintenance works, brownfield rejuvenation and facilities upgradation.
