Mr. Massimo Moratti has been the Chairman of the company since May 2018; and Chief Executive Officer since 1981 and Board member since 1972. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of F.C. Internazionale Milano from 2006 to 2013; Sarint S.a. from 1995 to 2004; and Director of Telecom Italia Spa from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Moratti also serves as the Director of Massimo Moratti S.a.p.a. He has been the Director of Pirelli & C from May 2003 to December 2014 and Pirelli from May 2002 to August 2003.

Mr. Fabio Peretti serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Budgeting & Controlling and Saipem. Mr. Peretti worked eight years in the Energy Practice of Boston Consulting Group and M&A and business development.

Mr. Vincent Greco has been the Chief of ICT, Procurement, and Corporate General Services Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Security ICT and Procurement Officer from 2018 to 2022 and Manager of Industrial Operations from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Greco also served as the Deputy Director at IES SpA (Mol Group) in 2005; Refinery Director and Member of the Board; Manager of Distribution of Aviation Fuels at Esso Italiana.

Mr. Marco Schiavetti has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Saras Trading from 2015 to 2018; and Supply & Trading Director from 2008 to 2016. Mr. Schiavetti served as the Investor Relations Manager; Corporate Finance Manager from 2003 to 2006 at Saras Group.

Ms. Patrizia Radice has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she held Human Resources Management positions at Nokia Group from 2016 to 2019; Head of Human Resources at Central & South Europe and Head of Human Resources of Italy Division. Ms. Radice has vast experience in multiple technical divisions at Alcatel Italia and served in the Human Resources Business Partner role at Alcatel. She also serves as the Director of Sarlux srl.
