Mr. Mahmoud Masoud serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Europe Middle East and Africa at CWT. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of various company such as Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Mannai Corporation, DHL Nordics and DHL UK.

Mr. Tarek Tharwat serves as Chief Internal Audit and vice president of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Internal Auditor for Public Buildings and Airports Division at Saudi Binladin Group. He also served as Corporate Internal Audit Manager at Orascom Construction Industries, Internal Audit Manager for North Africa and Overseas network at Abdul Latif Jameel, Internal Audit Supervisor at Abdul Latif Jameel. Previously, he served as Credit Manager and Chief Accountant at Rhodia; and as Supervisor at Deloitte & Touche Egypt.

Mr. Ashraf Nadeem serves as a Vice President, and Chief Information Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, and Head of IT Services of Saudi Nation Bank.

Mr. Thamer Alturaif has been the Chief Human Resource officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this he served at various senior leadership roles at Nestle, Saudi Ground Services(SGS), BUPA, Chalhoub and P&G.
