Mr. Najm bin Abdullah Al-Zaid has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as Director of financial market authority. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Governance and Legal Group of Al Rajhi Bank, founding partner of Zaid Al-Sheikh and Al Rashid Law and Legal Consulting Company. He also served as legal advisor of the Islamic Development Bank & the World Bank in Washington.

Mr. Eng. Khalid bin Salim AlGhamdi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as corporate digital strategy, Investments and Growth at Saudi Aramco. Previously, he also served at several positions including Project Manager for Saudi Aramco 4th Industrial Revolution Center, Head of Advanced Process Solutions and Head of Process Automation Systems at Saudi Aramco Corporate Engineering.

Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman AlMuhaiza is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he also worked as the Vice President of Finance Operations. Mr. AlMuhaiza also worked as the Executive Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance Sector, Director of Investment, and Cash Management Department.

Mr. Manish Manchandya is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Chief Investment Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the company. Prior to this, he served in various senior management positions in the Treasury and Finance department, with most recently as the Executive Director of Treasury. He joined the company in 2008.
