He also served as a Deputy Chairman and First Deputy Chairman of the Municipal Property Committee of St. Petersburg Mayor's Office from 1994 to 1997. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of the Property Committee and Deputy Head of Petrodvorets Administration from 1992 to 1994.
