Mr. Elliott Rusanow has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Director and a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Mr. Rusanow also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Westfield Corporation. Earlier, he also held various positions including the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Finance, Director of Finance of UK/Europe and a Director of Investor Relations and Equity Markets at Westfield Corporation. Previously, he also served for Bankers Trust Australia Limited.

Ms. Ilana Atlas AO has been the Chairman Elect of the company since September 2023. She serves as a Director of the company since 2021. She currently serves as a Director of ANZ Group Holdings Limited, Origin Energy, and a Member of the Council of the National Gallery of Australia.

Mr. Andrew Clarke has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Westfield Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Clarke also held various senior executive roles across finance, technology, business development and commercial partnerships of the company.

Mr. Aidan Coleman has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Technology Platforms of the company. Mr. Coleman also served as the Chief Technology Officer of Charter Hall Group.

Mr. Phil McAveety has been the Chief Customer and Business Development Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Director of Customer Experience in 2016. Mr. McAveety also served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Brand Officer at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. Earlier, he held various senior executive roles at Nike and Camper International.
