Mr. Georg F. W. Schaeffler is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG. He is also member of the supervisory board of Continental AG. Previously, he served as the Business Lawyer in the US, since 2000 to 2006. He also held various management functions in the Schaeffler Group from 1990 to 1996.

Mr. Klaus Rosenfeld has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2014. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer in 2009 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as Board Member of Dresdner Bank AG, since 2002 to 2009. Prior to this, he served as Chief Representative and Deputy Head of Finance and Controlling of Bernhard Walter, since 2001 to 2002 and Chief Executive Officer, since 1997 to 2001. Prior to this, he served at Dresdner Bank, since 1993.

Mr. Claus Bauer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer Americas region, since 2016 to 2021. Prior to htis, he served as Chief Financial Officer for North America region. Prior to this, he served at INA Werk Schaeffler oHG as Group Chief Accounting Officer, since 1999 to 2001. He joined INA Werk Schaeffler oHG in 1998. He began his career with Roedl & Partner in 1991.

Mr. Andreas Schick has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Earlier, he served as the Regional CEO Asia/Pacific of the company, since 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as President of Transmission Applications business, since 2008 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as President of LuK North America, since 2004 to 2008. Prior to this, he served as Plant Manager of a gray iron foundry and Production Manager of the clutch plant in Mogi Mirim, since 1996 to 2004. He joined the company in 1994.

Mr. Uwe Wagner has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Research and Development Automotive, since 2014 to 2019, he also held additional position responsibility of Industrial division, since 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, he was Transmission Technologies business unit, since 2017 to 2014. He started his career as a development engineer in the field of control hydraulics automatic transmissions at LuK in 1993.
