Vend Marketplaces ASA: Executives

Mr. Karl-Christian Agerup has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Oslotech AS from 2010 to 2020. Mr. Ageruo was the Co-founder and General Partner at Northzone Ventures from 1997 to 2009. He also served as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Hugin ASA. Mr. Karl-Christian Agerup also served as Project Manager at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Agerup currently also serves as the Global Partner at Antler since January 2020.

Mr. Christian Printzell Halvorsen has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Schibsted’s (now Vend) business area Nordic Marketplaces from 2019 to 2024. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Cxense ASA from 2017 to 2019.  Prior to this, he held senior positions within Schibsted’s marketplaces operations for more than 10 years, including as Chief Executive Officer of FINN and Senior Vice President of Product in Schibsted Marketplaces.

Mr. Per Christian Morland has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Group Chief Financial Officer at Telia. He also served as Chief Financial Officer Telia Norway, Telenor Asia, and Telenor Denmark. Previously, he served as Chief Financial officer at Telenor Montenegro.

Ms. Maria Sandgren has been the Executive Vice President of PTX Core and Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) of Vend Marketplaces ASA since May 2025. Prior to this, she served as interim Executive Vice President and Chief Product Technology Officer at Vend. Previously, she served as Chief Product Officer at Blocket and held several senior roles, including Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer of Brand Experience and Marketplace Platform.

Mr. Sven Stormer Thaulow has been the Chief Data and Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Cisco Norway. He also served as chief Operating Officer of the Telenor Digital. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Telenor Group. Earlier, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Telenor Comoyo.
