Mr. Karl-Christian Agerup has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Oslotech AS from 2010 to 2020. Mr. Ageruo was the Co-founder and General Partner at Northzone Ventures from 1997 to 2009. He also served as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Hugin ASA and Project Manager at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Agerup currently also serves as the Global Partner at Antler since January 2020.

Mr. Rune Bjerke has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at DNB ASA from 2007 to 2019, Hafslund ASA from 2000 to 2006, and Scancem International from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Bjerke currently also serves as the Chairman at Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA and Director at Norsk Hydro ASA.

Mrs. Kristin Skogen Lund serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. She also served as the Director General at Norwegian Enterprise. Prior to this, Mrs. Skogen was also the Executive Vice President at Telenor. She served as the President of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. Previously, She also served as the Chairman at Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra. Mrs. Skogen was also the President at the European Tech Alliance.

Mr. Per Christian Morland has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Group Chief Financial Officer at Telia. Prior to this served as Chief Financial Officer Telia Norway, Chief Financial Officer for Telenor Asia, and Telenor Denmark.

Mr. Sven Stormer Thaulow has been the Chief Data and Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2019. He served as the Managing Director at Cisco Norway. Prior to this, Mr. Stormer was also the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and the Senior Vice President at Telenor Group.
