Mr. Peter Herweck has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as Designated Chief Executive Officer of the company From March 2023 to April 2023. Previously, he served as a Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman roles at AVEVA and Executive Vice President for Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric. Previously he served various other leadership roles at Siemens.

Ms. Hilary Maxson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer Energy Management business till 2019. She also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Group’s Building and IT business unit, located in Hong Kong in 2017. Prior to this, she worked for variety of finance and business development positions across the world primarily in the power and utilities industry. She also worked in starting of her career at Bank of America and Citigroup, and then she served as Chief Financial Officer of Asia, Chief Financial Officer of Africa, Managing Director of M&A and other senior positions at AES Corporation.

Ms. Chris Leong has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she worked as Executive Vice President for Digital Customer Experience of the company. Ms. Leong also served for various positions such as, Operation Manager for Nokia Greater China, Korea & Japan region, Senior Vice President Global Marketing, senior management roles in marketing communications firms, global brand leaders such as P&G, Ford, HSBC, Heineken and various telecommunication brands.

Mr. Herve Coureil has been the Chief Governance Officer and Secretary General of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit of the company. He also served in various senior-level positions including Senior Vice President Finance, Control and Business Development for Asia Pacific division and Vice President Financial Control, International unit of Schneider Electric. Mr. Coureil joined Schneider Electric in 1993.

Ms. Charise Le has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she worked as Executive Vice-President, Global Human Resources, Human Resources Manager China, and Human Resources Director for Asia Pacific region of the company. Ms. Le also served as leading the HR Strategy & Global Service of the Group, HR Specialist, and various HR positions in companies such as General Electric and Pillsbury China.
