Mr. Mark B. Rourke has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. He held various roles including the President of Truckload Services and General Manager of Schneider Transportation Management. Mr. Rourke also served the Director of Transportation Planning for Customer Service; Vice President of Customer Service; Midwest Area Service Manager for Customer Service and Director of Driver Training of the company.

Mr. Stephen L. Bruffett has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Con-way Inc from 2008 to 2015. Earlier, he served in various senior leadership positions at YRC Worldwide Inc from 1998 until 2008. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at American Freightways.

Mr. Robert Reich has been the Chief Administrative Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Equipment, Maintenance and Driver Development of the company from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Officer in the US Army and a Member of the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas. Currently, Mr. Reich serves as the Chairman of the North American Council for Freight Efficiency since 2017.

Mr. Shaleen Devgun has been the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer from 2015 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President for Strategy, Planning and Solution Delivery of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Devgun served as the Management Consultant at DiamondCluster International and Deloitte. Currently, he serves as a Board of Directors of Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.
