Ms. Iole Lucchese has been the Chairman, President, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of of Scholastic Entertainment since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the President of Scholastic Canada.

Mr. Peter Warwick has been the President, Director and Chief Executive officer of the company since August 2021. Prior to this, he served as Director on Scholastic’s Board from 2014 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief People Officer of Thomson Reuters. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Tax & Accounting and Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Legal & Regulatory Asia Pacific. Earlier, he served as Managing Director of Pitman Publishing, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Longman and Chief Executive Officer of Pearson Professional at Pearson plc.

Mr. Haji Glover has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Director of Finance at Amazon from 2022 to 2024. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Scholastic from 2020 to 2022. He has experience in finance leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, Ford Motor Company, Honeywell International, and Alvogen Group.

Mr. Raghushri Sankaran is the Chief Information Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer of the company. Prior to this, he led the Healthcare Enterprise Platform team at Siemens Healthcare, Director of Technology at Sapient, and led Intuit’s Enterprise Commerce Platform and Enterprise Order System Middleware groups.

Ms Cristina Juvier is the Chief People Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Reuters, Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Thomson Reuters as a whole since 2021. Earlier, she served in corporate law and human resources management working for a number of corporations in the U.S., Europe and Latin America including the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, Cablevision, AIG and Enron.
