Mr. Jamie R. Odell has been the Chairman of the company since September 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Advisor of the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from May 2019 to September 2020. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Aristocrat Leisure Limited from May 2009 to February 2017. Prior to joining Aristocrat, he held senior leadership roles in multinational organizations across the US, Australia, Europe, and Asia including Managing Director roles with Foster’s Group, Beringer, and Allied Lyons.

Mr. Matthew R. Wilson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming at the company. Mr. Wilson served as the President and Managing Director of the Americas at Aristocrat from 2017 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Gaming Operations, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Americas at Aristocrat from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Wilson also worked as the Regional Sales Manager and Vice President of Marketing of the Americas.

Mr. Oliver Chow has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from August 2023 to December 2023. Mr. Chow joined the company as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance in October 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer in the Americas, Europe the Middle East, and Africa and Customer Experience at Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. Mr. Chow also served in various financial positions at Universal Pictures, Deluxe Entertainment Services and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Mr. Michael Lorelli has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at the company. He also held various roles at MacAndrews & Forbes. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at DJO. Mr. Lorelli also served as a Director at Dell for more than five years in various roles across the Strategy, Procurement and Supply Chain functions. He started his career at McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Victor Blanco has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Aristocrat. Previously, he served as the Director of Software Architecture of HTC. Mr. Blanco also held several software engineering positions at Microsoft.
