Mr. Emanuele A Lauro, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Scorpio Tankers Inc since 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Lauro Co-founded Eneti Inc. and has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its formation in 2013. He also served as the Director of the Standard Club from 2013 to 2019. He has been working in senior management positions for the company since 2004 after founding it in 2003.

Mr. Christopher Avella has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. He was also the Controller of the company from 2014 to 2021. Mr. Avella also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd from 2019 to 2021.

Mr. Cameron Mackey has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director since 2013. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Scorpio, Mr. Mackey served as an Equity and Commodity Analyst at Ospraie Management LLC from 2007 to 2008.He was also the Senior Vice President At OMI Marine Services LLC from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Mackey was also held various positions relating to Business Development at OMI Marine Services LLC from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Mackey has also been employed in the shipping industry. Prior to that, he served various positions in the merchant navy. Currently, he also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Eneti Inc.
