Mr. Emanuele A Lauro, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Scorpio Tankers Inc. since 2010. Prior to this, he served as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd. Mr. Lauro Co-founded Eneti Inc. and has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its formation in 2013. He also served as the Director of the Standard Club from 2013-2019. He has been working in senior management positions for the company since 2004 after founding it in 2003.

Mr. Cameron Mackey has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director since 2013. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd from 2018-2021. Before joining Scorpio, Mr. Mackey served as an Equity and Commodity Analyst at Ospraie Management LLC from 2007-2008. At OMI Marine Services LLC, he worked as Senior Vice President from 2004-2007; from 2002-2004 in Business Development. Since 1994, Mr. Mackey has been employed in the shipping industry and, prior to that, he was employed with the merchant navy in various positions, primarily on tankers in the international fleet of Mobil Oil Corporation. Currently, he also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Eneti Inc.

Mr. Brian Lee has been the Chief Financial Officer of Scorpio Tankers Inc since 2010. He joined Scorpio Group in 2009. He has been part of shipping industry since 1998. Prior to joining Scorpio Group, Mr. Lee served as the Controller at OMI from 2001 to 2007.
