Mr. Simon William Johnson has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he worked with Diamond Offshore, Seadrill, Noble Corporation and Borr Drilling in the Offshore drilling. Earlier, he worked as a Senior Vice President in Marketing and Contracts at Noble Corporation, and Chief Executive Officer of Borr Drilling.

Mr. Grant Russel Creed has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he held various leadership roles of the company. Prior to joining Seadrill, Grant held M&A Transaction Services and Audit positions at Deloitte.

Mr. Leif Nelson has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of the company since December 2020 and Chief Operating Officer since July 2015. Prior to this, he served in various roles at Transocean Ltd.

Mr. Samir Ali has been the Chief Commercial Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since 2022.
