Mr. William D. Mosley has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2017 and Chairman since October 2025. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2016 to September 2017. He served as the President of Operations and Technology from October 2013 to June 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations from March 2011 to October 2013 of the company. He served as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing from February 2009 to March 2011, Senior Vice President of Global Disk Storage Operations from 2007 to 2009. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Research and Development, and Engineering from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Mosley served as the Vice President from 1996 to 2002 of the company. Mr. Mosley joined the company in 1996 as a Senior Engineer.

Mr. Gianluca Romano has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice President of Business Finance and Accounting at Micron Technology Inc from October 2011 to December 2018. He also served as the Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller at Numonyx, Inc from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Romano held Executive roles at STMicroelectronics including as the Vice President, Director of Central & North Europe Finance team and as a Director of Shared Accounting Services from 1994 to 2008.

Mr. John C. Morris has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Vice President of HDD and SSD Products of the company from August 2015 to August 2019. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Design Engineering and Enterprise Development Group from September 2013 to August 2015.

Mr. James C. Lee has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of the company since June 2024. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Maxar Technologies from April 2019 to June 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Lee served in leadership roles at Aramark

Mr. Ban Seng Teh has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since July 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Sales Operations of the company from February 2021 to July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Sales Operations of the company from November 2014 to February 2021. He served as the Senior Vice President of Asia-Pacific and Japan Sales and marketing of the company from July 2010 to November 2014. Mr. Teh served as the Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing (Singapore) from January 2008 to July 2010. He served as the Vice President of Sales Operations from 2006 to 2008. Earlier, he held various positions at the company including the Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales from 2003 to 2006, Director of Marketing and APAC Distribution Sales from 1999 to 2003 and Country Manager of South Asia Sales from 1996 to 1999.
