Mr. Cirilo P. Noel has been the Chairman of the bank since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chairman from 2023 to 2024. Previously, Mr. Noel served as Vice Chairman of the company from 2020 to 2023. He also served as the Director of Philippine Airlines from 2018 to 2019, PLC-PAL Holdings, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, and PLC-JG Summit Holdings from 2018 to 2021. Before joining the Bank, he served as the Chairman of SGV & Co. from 2010 to 2017, Managing Partner from 2009 to 2010, Vice Chairman and Deputy Managing Director from 2004 to 2009, and Head of Tax Division from 2001 to 2008. Currently, Mr. Noel serves as the Chairman of Palm Concepcion Power Corporation, Juxtapose Ergo Consultus, Inc. and Confiar Land Corp. He also serves as a Director of PLCGlobe Telecom, Inc., PLC-San Miguel Foods and Beverage, Inc., PLCRobinsons Retail Holdings, PLCFirst Philippine Holdings Corporation, Eton Properties, Inc., Transnational Diversified Group Holdings, Amber Kinetics Holdings Co., PTE Ltd., and LH Paragon Group, Golden ABC.

Mr. Lee Meng Teck Victor has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Singapore and Chief Executive Officer of CIMB Group Commercial Banking. Previously, Mr. Victor served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, China at Fullerton Financial Holdings from 2016 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Managing Director at United Overseas Bank Group from 2012 to 2015. Previously, Mr. Victor served as the Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank from 2006 to 2012. Earlier, he also served at Citibank, Sumitomo Bank, and Development Bank of Singapore (DBS). Currently, he serves as Chairman of SB Finance, Inc. and Mitsubishi Motors Finance Philippines Inc.

Mr. Allen Alexander P. Reyes has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Singlife Philippines. Previously, Mr. Reyes served at Diageo, Security Bank Corporation, Sony Global Business Services and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Lucose T. Eralil serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Enterprise Technology and Operations Segment of the company from 2022 to 2024. Previously, Mr. Eralil served as a Director of Consulting and Advisory at Helius Technologies Pte. Ltd. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Operations at Credit Suisse. Mr. Eralil also served at AlphaEl Enterprises Pte. Ltd. and NIIT Ltd.

Ms. Patricia N. Tan has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of the bank since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Customer Segmentation Group of the company from 2021 to 2024. Prior to joining the bank, Ms. Patricia served as the Head of OFW Segment at Philippine National Bank from 2006 to 2013, Head of Marketing at Globe Telecom from 2004 to 2006 and Head of Cards Marketing at Union Bank of the Philippines from 1997 to 2004.
