Mr. Yasunori Ogawa has been the Chairman of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from April 2020 to April 2025. Previously, Mr. Ogawa served as Managing Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Wearable Products and Industrial Solutions Operations Segment at the company from June 2019 to April 2020. He also served as the General Administrative Manager of the Technology Development Division and Chief Technology Officer of the company from October 2018 to June 2019. Mr. Ogawa served as an Executive Officer from June 2017 to October 2018, Chief Operating Officer of the Visual Products Operations Division from April 2017 to June 2017, and the General Manager of the VI Planning & Design Department.

Mr. Junkichi Yoshida has been a Director, the Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Printing Solutions Division from April 2021 to June 2024 at the company. He served as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the Printing Solutions Operations Division from October 2020 to April 2021 at the company. Previously, he served as an Executive Officer from June 2020 to April 2021 at the company. Earlier, he served as the Deputy General Administrative Manager of the DX Division from April 2019 to June 2020, General Manager of the P Strategic Planning Department from April 2017 to April 2019, and General Manager of the Printer Strategic Planning Department from April 2012 to April 2017 at the company

Mr. Akihiro Fukaishi has been a Director, Chief Sales Officer, General Administrative Manager of the Sales and Marketing Division, and Chief Operating Officer of the P Commercial and Industrial Solutions Operations Division of the company since June 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and President of Epson (China) Co., Ltd. from April 2022 to April 2024. He also held the position of Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the Professional Printing Operations Division from 2015 to 2017 at the company. Mr. Fukaishi was appointed Executive Officer from 2013 to 2015 and the Chief Operating Officer of the Business Systems Operation Division from 2011 to 2013. He also served as the General Manager of the Business Systems Sales and Marketing Department from April 2009 to April 2012 at the company. Earlier, he served as the Head of Business Systems at Epson Europe B.V from 2005 to 2009.

Mr. Osamu Shigemura has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Systems Officer, General Administrative Manager-Business Management, and DX Division. Prior to this, he was the Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the P Office & Home Solutions Operations Division.

Mr. Emiko Nemura serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer, Chief Corporate Communications Officer, General Administrative Manager of the Sustainability and Corporate Communications Promotion Office, and Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Professional Officer and Head of the Human Capital and Well-Being Management Division.
