Mr. Teiji Koge has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, Head of CSR Department and Head of Corporate Communication Department of the company. Mr. Koge also served as the Director, Managing Executive Officer and President of Housing Company. In April 2008, he also served as a Director, in Charge of Sales Department, Head of Housing Division of Housing Company and Head of Housing Division and Planning & Control Department of Housing Company in 2007 and held several other positions.

Mr. Keita Kato has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Senior Managing Executive Officer heading the ESG Management Department, Head of Business Strategy Department and Head of New Business Development Department. Mr. Kato also served as the President and Head of Research & Development Institute of High Performance Plastics Company.

Mr. Yoshiyuki Hirai has been appointed as the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. He also serve as the President of Urban Infrastructure & Environmental Products Company.
