Mr. Jose Antenio do Prado Fay has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Currently, he serves as Board of director at Camil, S.A. from 2014. He also serves as Member of the Boards of Directors of Sao Salvador Alimentos, S.A. and Engecampo, S. A. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of Brasil Foods S.A. from 2009 to 2013. Previously, he served as acting chairman of Brasil Foods S.A. in 2008. HE also served as Chairman of Batavo, S.A. from 2003 to 2007. He also served as Chief of the Engineering and Maintenance Division at Petroquimica Triunfo, S.A. From 1988 to 2000.

Mr. Ricardo Miguel dos Santos Pacheco Pires has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Semapa Next since 2017, and a Director of The Navigator Co and Secil since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Director of Strategic Planning and New Business from 2008 to 2011. Earlier, he serves as BDO Binder, GTE Consultores and ES Investment.

Mr. Vitor Paulo Paranhos Pereira has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of Refundos since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Cimigest and Semapa. Previously, he served at Eurovida – Companhia de Seguros SA and Popular Seguros – Companhia de Seguros SA. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of General Meeting at Associacao Portuguesa de Fundos de Investimento fro 2007 to 2016. Previously, he served Chairman of the Audit Board at Associacao da Hotelaria de Portugal from 2006 to 2015. Earlier, as a Director of Hotel Villa Magna from 2001 to 2016. He also served as a Director of Hotel Ritz. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Director of Sodim and later became a Director of the company. Earlier, he served as the Deputy Financial Director of Instituto do Comercio Externo de Portugal from 1987 to 1989. He also served at Gaspar Marques Campos Correia & Ca Lda.
