Seatrium Ltd: Executives

Mr. Chris Ong has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Director of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore. Mr. Ong serves as a council member of Stiftelsen Det Norske Veritas.

Mr. Stephen Lu serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability in 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Lu served as the Director of the Portfolio Development Group at Temasek. Earlier, he worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Chor How Jat serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Conversions and Repairs at Keppel Offshore & Marine. Mr. Jat has experience in commercial, engineering, operations, workplace health and safety, quality, supply chain, and project management departments.

Ms. Lee Chay Hoon serves as Chief People Officer of the company. Previously, she served at Keppel Offshore & Marine. Earlier, Ms. Hoon served as the Director of the Nanyang Fellows EMBA Program at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Mr. Lim Howe Run serves as the Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Head of Compliance and Operational Audit, Head of Strategic Investments, Head of Regulatory Management, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at SPI Australia Assets Pte Ltd.
