Seatrium Ltd: Executives

Mr. Chris Ong Leng Yeow has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since February 2023. Previously, he served as the Managing Director at Keppel Renewable Energy. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd from 1 July 2017.

Mr. Chor How Jat has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director (Conversions & Repairs) at Keppel Offshore & Marine.

Dr. Lee Chay Hoon serves as Chief People Officer of the company. Previously, she served as Associate Professor and Director of the Nanyang Fellows EMBA Programme at Nanyang Technological University. She also held various leadership and board appointments at Keppel Offshore and Marine.

Mr. Lim Howe Run serves as Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Singapore Power Limited including as Head of Compliance and Operational Audit, Head of Strategic Investments, Head of Regulatory Management. Mr. Run has over 30 years’ of professional experience in merger & acquisition, investments stewardship, corporate governance, risk management, control and compliance in the power industry.

Mr. William Goh serves as Finance Director of the company. Previously, he served as Director of Investment and Portfolio Management at Temasek International Pte Ltd. Mr. Goh also served as Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Finance at CIBC World Markets, and Board Director and Deputy General Manager of BankAmerica Singapore Ltd.
