Mr. Paul L. Palmby has been the Chief Executive Officer, President of the company since October 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2006 to 2020. Prior to that, he served as the President of the Vegetable Division of the company from 2005 to 2006 and Vice President of Operations of the Company from 1999 to 2004. He has been a Director since 2018 of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc.

Mr. Michael S. Wolcott has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of Finance and General Manager of Seneca Bank, Director of Technical Services roles at Seneca Foods Corp. Previously, he served at Barclays Investment Bank.

Mr. Carl A. Cichetti has been the Senior Vice President of Technology and Planning of the company since 2009. He also serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Consultant at Navint (Technology Consulting) from 2004 to 2005 and the Senior Vice President of Technology at Citigroup from 2001 to 2004.

Mr. Kraig H. Kayser has been the Chairman of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from June 1993 to October 2020 and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1991 to 1993. Previously, he served as the Vice President of J. P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc., from 1989 to 1991 and Assistant Vice President until 1989. He is also served as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Moog, Inc.
