Dr. Jamie Bechtel has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she worked at Conservation International and as Advisor to the Clinton Global Initiative. Ms. Bechtel is also the Co-Founder and member of the Board of New Course; and also founded Kito Impact Foundation and serves as the Chief Executive Officer since February 2018.

Mr. Joel L. Fruendt has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2022 and President since December 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sale Reflections Inc from 2020 to 2022; Vice President, General Manager and various other management roles at Clarke Environmental Inc from 2005 to 2020. Mr. Fruendt also served as the Vice President of Sales Division at Moore Diversified Products from 2000 to 2005 and, Vice President and General Manager of NSC Division with Waste Management Inc from 1992 to 2000.

Mr. Tom Chesterman has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the company since December 2015. Prior to this, he was the Vice-President and Treasurer of General Communication Inc from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Chesterman also served as the Chief Financial Officer of life science companies such as Bionovo from 2007 to 2012, Aradigm Corp from 2002 to 2007, and Bio-Rad Laboratories from 1996 to 2002.

Mr. Dan Palasky serves as the Chief Technical Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-President in Research & Development at PLZ Corp. Mr. Palasky also served as a Chemist in the Research & Development Department of Camie-Campbell.

Ms. Nicole Williams has been the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this she served as a Chief Strategy Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023; National Director of Sales and Business Development in the orthopedic robotics division of Smith+Nephew. Ms. Williams also served as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for an HCA Level 1 Trauma Center.
