Mr. Junro Ito has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as a Director and President of Seven & i Energy Management Co., Ltd. In 2024 and as the Chairman and Director of YORK Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2024. Prior to this, he held various roles at SEVEN-ELEVEN JAPAN CO., LTD., including Managing Executive Officer in 2016 and Executive Officer in 2003. He also served as a Director in 2009 and as a Senior Officer in multiple departments within the company.

Mr. Stephen Hayes Dacus has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Hana Group SAS in 2023. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Daiso California L.L.C. (now Daiso USA L.L.C.) in November 2021. He also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hana Group SAS in July 2020 and Director of Hana Group SAS in May 2019. Mr. Dacus also served as the Chairman and Director of Sushiro Global Holdings Co., Ltd. (now FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES LTD.) in July 2016. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Japan Holdings G.K. (currently Seiyu Co., Ltd.) in June 2011 and as Senior Vice President of Walmart Stores, Inc. in July 2007 and of FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. in September 2005. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of MasterFoods Ltd. in June 2001. He started his career at Northrop Corporation in September 1983.

Mr. Tetsuya Takagi has been Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Manager of the Corporate Finance & Accounting and Director of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as Director, Senior Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Morinaga & Co from June 2022 to May 2026. He also served as Senior Executive Officer of Accounting and Corporate Communications Division of Morinaga & Co., Ltd. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Officer, Group Executive of Administration Division and Deputy Group Executive of Corporate Planning Division of Twinbird Corporation from July 2019 to April 2022. He also served as Managing Executive Officer of Corporate Planning Division and Financial Planning Division of UNIZO Holdings Company, Limited from April 2018 to July 2019.

Mr. Tamaki Wakita has been the Chief Strategy Officer, Director, Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Corporate Planning Division at the Company since May 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Sogo & Seibu Co., Ltd in 2023. He served as an Executive Officer of the Company in 2022 and Director of 7-Eleven International LLC in October 2021. Previously, he served as a Director of Ito-Yokado Co., Ltd in March 2020 and Director of Francfranc Corporation in May 2019. Mr. Wakita served as a Senior Officer of the Corporate Development Department of the Company in March 2019. He also served as a Director and President of Nissen Holdings Co., Ltd. in September 2016, and as a Director in March 2012 and an Executive Officer of Nissen Co., Ltd. in June 2006. He began his career at Nichimen Corporation (now Sojitz Corporation) in April 1995.

Mr. Shigeki Kimura has been Chief Administrative Officer, Director, Executive Officer and Vice President of the company since May 2025. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of SEVEN-ELEVEN JAPAN CO., LTD. Earlier, he served as General Manager of the Administration Division of SEVENELEVEN JAPAN CO., LTD.. Prior to that, he served as Senior Managing Executive Officer of SEVEN-ELEVEN JAPAN CO., LTD.
