Severstal: Executives

Mr. Alexey Mordashov has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AO Severstal Management from 2014 to 2015. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Office of the company from 2006 to 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Severstal Group and Chairman of Severstal’s Board of Directors from 2002 to 2006. He started his career as a Senior Economist and the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Currently, he serves as the Co-Chairman of the Northern Dimension Business Council; Vice President of Russian-German chamber of commerce; Chairman of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs’ Committee; and a Director of Nordgold S. E. and TUI AG.

Mr. Alexander has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of SVEZA Group. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Severstal-Metiz from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Technical Support Director of OAO Cherepovets Steel Mill'; First Deputy Mayor of Cherepovets; and Deputy Governor of the Vologda region.

Mr. Alexey Kulichenko has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of CJSC Severstal Resource from 2005 to 2009. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Sun Interbrew and the Chief Financial Officer of Unimilk. Currently, serves as a Director of Lenta Ltd.

Ms. Agnes Anna Ritter has been the Chief Technical Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Production at Severstal Resources. She also served as a Director of Production and Technology of Severstal; and a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
