Mr. Ye Weidong has been the Director, President, and Deputy Party Secretary of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of Shanghai No. 2 Construction Co Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Director, and President of the company. Currently, Mr. Weidong also serves as a Director of Ningbo Center Tower Construction and Development Co., Ltd and Shanghai Industrial North Bund New Landmark Construction and Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Shen Guangjun has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as Assistant President and Deputy Chief Accountant of Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accountant of the Overseas Department of Shanghai Construction Group Co., Ltd. Currently, he also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Construction Group Co., Ltd., Supervisor of Orient Securities Co., Ltd., and Director of Shanghai Pudong BOC Fullerton Rural Bank Co., Ltd.

Mr. Chen Xiaoming serves as the Chief Engineer Officer of the company. Currently, he also serves as the chief engineer of Shanghai Construction Group Co Ltd. Previously, he served as the Chief Engineer and Vice President of Shanghai Machinery Construction Group Co Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Engineer of Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co Ltd.

Mr. Xue Yongshen has been the Vice President, a Director of Risk Control, and the Chief Economist of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai First Construction Co., Ltd. Currently, he also serves as a Director of Shanghai Construction Holding Group Co., Ltd.
