Ms. Fu Min has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since September 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Auditor and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Previously, she served in various roles including Staff Member, Deputy Principal Staff Member, and Principal Staff Member of the foreign investment application audit division of the company. Earlier, she served as the Assistant to the Director, the Deputy Director, and The Director of The Financial Audit Division at the company.

Mr. Wu Lei has been the Chairman of the company since January 2024. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Shanghai Electric Holdings Group Co., Ltd, Mitsubishi Electric Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Elevator Co., Ltd.. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager of SAIC Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager of Volkswagen Transmission Co., Ltd.,. Earlier, Mr. Lei served various roles in Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation and SAIC Motor Corporation Limited.

Mr. Wei Xudong has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July, 2025. Previously, he served as Head of Finance Section, Assistant Finance Director, Deputy Finance Director, and Finance Director of Shanghai Turbine Generator Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Finance Director, Assistant President, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group. Earlier, Mr. Xudong served various leadership roles at Shanghai Electric Power Equipment Co. and Shanghai Machinery Co., Ltd.

Mr. Qiao Yinping has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2025. Currently, he also served as Chairman of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Electric New Energy Development Co., Ltd. Prevously, he served various leaderhsip roles in Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group including, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice President, and President. Earlier, he Mr. Yinping also served as Deputy Party Secretary, Executive Director, Chairman, and General Manager of Shanghai Electric Motor Plant Co., Ltd.

Ms. CHENG Yan has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2026. She serves as the head of the Digital and Informatization Department of the company and a Director of Shanghai Electric Group Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Previously, she served as an assistant to the Head, the Deputy Head and Head of the Information Technology Department of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group and Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co., Ltd., the Deputy Head of the Information Management Department and Deputy Head of the Digital and Informatization Department of the company, the Executive Director and General Manager of Shanghai Electric Group Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Vice President of Shanghai Electric Automation Group Co., Ltd.
