Ms. Kuok Hui Kwong has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the company. She also served as a Director of the company from2014 to 2016. Ms. Kwong held various executive positions in China World trade Center, SCMP Group Limited, The Post Publishing Public Company Limited.

Mr. Spencer Kwok Fung Lam serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Information Officer of Vanke Service Group. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer for various Hong Kong listed State-owned enterprises and a Fintech start-up.

Mr. Chua Chee Wui has been the Group Chief Investment Officer, Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the company since 2019 and 2022, respectively. Prior to this, Mr Chua was Head of Investment and Asset Management at the company from January 2019 to August 2019. He also served as Executive Vice President of Special Projects at the company. Previously, he served as Head of Investments at Singbridge and as Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Integrated Engineering.

Mr. George Chen Kiong Tan has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since February 2020. Prior to this, he served as Regional Director of Group HR at AIA Group.

Mr. Chuen Kee Paw has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President of China operations since November 2020 and Group Chief Operating Officer since 2021. Previously, he served in various positions at the company including as Deputy Regional Chief Executive Officer of North China from November 2019 to November 2020, Executive Vice President, Operations in North China from December 2011 to October 2019, Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Mainland China from November 1999 to October 2008, and as General Manager of several Shangri-La and Traders hotels in Mainland China.
