Mr. Han Zongyuan has been the Chairman of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director and party secretary of the state-owned Jiannan Machinery Factory. Previously, Mr. Zongyuan served as the Party Secretary of Shenzhen Aihua Electronics Co., Ltd. He also served as the Director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department of China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., Ltd and as the Deputy Head of the Party Group Discipline Inspection Team, the Director of the Human Resources Department, the Deputy Chief Economist, the Director of the Party Building Department, the Director of the Comprehensive Management Department, the Director of the Party Group Office, and the Director of the Foreign Affairs Office.

Mr. Shangyun Mo has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Manager at the Finance Department, Finance Manager at Dapeng Network Co Ltd and Shenzhen Overglobe Development Co Ltd, Finance Director at Tong Guang Nortel Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman at Shenzhen Kaifa Micro-Electronics Co Ltd, Shenzhen Kaifa Trading Ltd, Shenzhen Kaifa Electronics Maintenance Ltd and Payton Technology (Shenzhen) Co Ltd. He serves as the Director of Hainan Kaifa Technology Ltd, Suzhou Kaifa Technology Co Ltd, Dongguan Kaifa Technology Co Ltd, Huizhou Kaifa Technology Co Ltd, Shenzhen Kaifa (Suzhou) Electronics Ltd, Dongguan Chitwing Technology Co Ltd, Shenzhen City Kemei Technology Co Ltd, Shenzhen Kaifa Precision Technology Ltd, Shenzhen Kaifa Technology (Chengdu) Co Ltd and Chongqing Kaifa Technology Co Ltd.
