Mr. Chen Yi has been the chairman of the company. Prior to this he served at various senior positions including business management, strategic planning and corporate governance. previously, he served as deputy general manager, Deputy Head of the Marketing Management Department, Board Secretary, Head of the Board Secretary Office, Legal Director and Chief Compliance Officer of Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd. He also served as Head of strategic development department of Shougang group. He also served as President of strategic development research institute.

Mr. Chen Zhaoqiang has been the Deputy Managing Director and a Director of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he held various position at coal mining enterprises, including Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd., Henan Pingbao Coal Co. Ltd., and Henan Company for Coal Seam Gas Development and Application.

Mr. Wang Dongming has been the Deputy Managing Director and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the Investment Department at Shougang Holding. Earlier, he was the Assistant General Manager of the company. Mr. Dongming also served as the Assistant General Manager of Shougang International Mineral Resources Corporation.

Mr. Fan Wenli has been the Managing Director and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he held various senior roles in Mining Corporation of Shougang Group Co., Ltd. including Deputy Mine Manager of the iron ore production plants, Xingshan Iron Mine, and Shuichang Iron Mine. He also served as the Deputy Director and a Director of production division at Shougang Mining.
