Mr. Kohei Morikawa has been the Chairman and Director of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Director of the predecessor company Showa Denko since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer from 2017 to 2022. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer, Managing Corporate Officer and Director from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Corporate Officer and General Manager of Electronic Chemicals Division from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Hidehito Takahashi has been the Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the former Showa Denko Materials, since 2022. Prior to this role, he served as the Representative Director, Managing Corporate Officer in charge of the Carbon Division and Ceramics Division in the Coating Materials Department and Chief Strategy Officer from 2020 to 2022. He joined the company in 2015 and held various roles of increasing responsibilities, including Corporate Officer, Director, General Manager of the Carbon Division and Chief Strategy Officer from October 2015 to March 2020.

Mr. Hideki Somemiya has been the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company, since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Corporate Officer and Chief Financial Officer of former Showa Denko Materials. Prior to this, he served as General Manager in the Preparation Office for Group Chief Financial Officer from October 2021 to March 2022; the Officer attached to Chief Financial Officer in charge of special assignments at Sony Corporation from March 2021 to October 2021 and also served as the Corporate Officer-in-charge for Solutions Business at Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation from July 2020 to March 2021. Previously, Mr. Somemiya also served as General Manager of the System Solution Division at Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation from June 2019 to July 2020 and General Manager of Planning & Administration Headquarters at Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation from December 2016 to June 2019.

Ms. Nori Imai has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since March 2024. She served as the Corporate Officer and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of Resonac Holdings Corporation. Ms. Imai also served as a Director, Corporate Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd.

Mr. Tomomitsu Maoka has been the Director and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Managing Corporate Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the company. Mr. Maoka joined the company in 2021 and served as General Manager in the Preparation Office for Group Chief Strategy Officer from October 2021 to March 2022. Prior to this, he served at Renesas Electric Corporation and held roles including Corporate Officer and Deputy General Manager of the Automotive Solution Business from 2019 to 2021; Corporate Officer at the China Business Headquarters from 2017 to 2019; Corporate Officer and Deputy General Manager at Second Solution Business Headquarters from February 2016 to March 2017.
