Ms. Judith Wiese has been the Chief People and Sustainability Officer and Director of Siemens since 2022. Prior to this, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer of DSM NV. Ms. Wiese also served as the Vice President Corporate; Vice President Talent; and Vice President OD Chocolate of Mars Inc.

Mr. Roland Busch has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Siemens since February 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Labor Director of the company. Previously, he served as the company's Chief Executive Officer for Infrastructure and Cities; Chief Technology Officer; Chief Operating Officer; and Chief Sustainability Officer. Earlier, Mr. Busch also served as Head of Corporate Strategies and Corporate Development of Siemens AG; Head of Mass Transit Division for Transportation Systems Group of Siemens AG; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens VDO Automotive Asia Pacific Co Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Siemens Mobility GmbH, and a Director of Siemens Healthineers AG.

Ms. Veronika Bienert has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2026. Previously, she was the Head of Service Portfolio of Siemens Financial Services, Siemens Real Estate, and Global Business Services of the company.

Mr. Jim Hagemann Snabe has been the Chairman of Siemens since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of A.P. Moller–Maersk A/S from 2017 to 2022; Director of Allianz SE from 2014 to 2022; and Director of SAP AG from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he also served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of SAP AG from 2010 to 2014; and Member of R&D of SAP AG from 2008 to 2010. Earlier, Mr. Snabe held various management functions at SAP AG from 1990 to 2008.
