Mr. Joe Kaeser has been the Chairman of the company since September 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Asia-Pacific of German Business from 2019 to 2021; President and Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2021; and Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer from 2004 to 2013. Currently, Mr. Kaeser serves as the Vice Chairman of NXP Semiconductors N.V., Eindhoven; Director of Daimler Truck AG and Chairman of Siemens Energy Management GmbH.

Mr. Christian Bruch has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he worked for more than 15 years at the Linde Group in various positions including speaker of the Executive Board, Executive Board Member, member of the Board of Directors and General manager. Currently, he also serves as the member of the Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG since 2019.

Ms. Maria Ferraro has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Diversity Officer at Siemens AG from 2019 to 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Digital Factory Division of the company from 2017 to 2019. Earlier, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Siemens UK and Siemens Canada.
