Mr. Jochen Eickholt has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as a member of the Executive Board of Siemens Energy. He was also the Chairman and Managing Partner of Siemens portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Eickholt served as the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Mobility from 2014 to 2017. He joined Siemens in 1999 and has held various executive and leadership roles.

Mr. Stefan Huppertz has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President Finance of the Business Unit “Grid Solutions and Senior Vice President Finance in the Energy Solution Business at Siemens Gamesa.

Mr. Tim Dawidowsky has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from 2020. Previously, Mr. Dawidowsky served as the Chief Executive Officer of Large Drives Business Unit from 2015 to 2019, and Chief Executive Officer of Transmission Solution Business Unit from 2012 to 2015. He joined Siemens AG in 1993 and served in range of engineering and manufacturing sectors and also held various functional positions in service, manufacturing and supply chain management.

Mr. Morten Pilgaard Rasmussen has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Technology Department of the Offshore Business Unit and Head of Technology at Siemens Wind Power. Previously, he served as an Executive of Turbine Development in different teams of the company, Bonus AS and Siemens Wind Power. Earlier, he served at ABB and Dantrafo.

Mr. Christian Bruch has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Energy AG. Mr. Bruch also held various senior positions at Linde AG and RWE AG.
