Dr. Bernhard Montag has been the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Healthineers since 2015. He became theChief Executive Officer of Imaging & IT division in 2010 and the Head of marketing of the CT business unit in 2008. He joined as a product manager in the company’s computed tomography (CT) Business Unit in 1999 and became the Market segment manager of the company in 2000.

Dr. Jochen Schmitz has been the Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Healthineers since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Accounting, Reporting and Controlling for the Siemens AG since 2011. Dr. Schmitz began his Siemens career in financial controlling. In 2004, he was appointed as the Head of Performance Controlling for the company's healthcare business. He subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer at a number of units at the healthcare business in Germany and the US.

Ms. Darleen Caron has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of Siemens Healthineers AG and Labor Director of Siemens Healthcare GmbH. Prior to this role, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Office for LyondellBasell. She served as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources leader for SNC-Lavalin.

Mr. Ralf Thomas is the Chairman of Siemens Healthineers. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG since 2013. He also serves as the Chairman of the Stock Exchange Committee of Experts. Mr. Thomas joined Siemens AG in 1995. He also held several positions as the Performance Controller at Siemens Medical Solutions; Head of Accounting, Controlling and Treasury Department at Siemens (South Africa), Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Angiography, and the former Industry Sector, Head of Fluoroscopic and Radiographic Systems; Corporate Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Reporting & Taxes Department at Siemens AG.
