Mr. Deepak S. Parekh is the chairman of the company since May 2023. Currently, he also serves as Director of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited, DP World – UAE, Investcorp International Ltd, Warburg Pincus LLC and Fairbridge Capital Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Sunil D. Mathur has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2014. Currently, he serves as the Member of the Board of Siemens Healthcare Private Limited in India and Chairman of C&S Electric Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Global Business Unit in the Industrial Automation Division in Germany. He held various senior management positions at Siemens in the energy and industry sectors in Germany and the UK.

Mr. Wolfgang Wrumnig has been the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Österreich, Vienna/Austria. Previously, he held various senior positions including Chief Financial Officer of Diagnostics Division of Siemens Healthcare, Chief Financial Officer of Business Unit Health Services at Siemens Medical Solutions, Vice President of Finance Program and System Engineering at Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Osterreich, Chief Financial Officer of Siemens s.r.o., and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Telefongyar Kft., Hungary.
