Ms Alayne L. Reitman has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. She also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee for Ideastream Public Media and the Vice Chairman for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. She is a member of the board of Embedded Planet LLC. Previously, she served as President from 1999 to 2001. Earlier, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Tranzonic Companies Inc from 1993 to 1998.

Mr. George Scherff has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Thermal Systems Manufacturing, Paradigm Packaging, Lund International, ABC Truck Body, and Hartzell Manufacturing.

Mr. Peter W. Knapper has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and director since June 2016. Previously, he served in various positions including Vice President of Operations at TECT Power, Corporate Director of Strategy and Site Development, and President of TECT Aerospace at TECT Corporation from 2007 to 2016. Earlier, he held in leadership roles including Director of Component Manufacturing and Assembly at Rolls Royce Energy Systems, Inc.

Ms. Jennifer Wilson Skuhrovec has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2024. Prior to this, she served as an Accounting and Finance Consultant with Resources Global Professionals and as Manager of Accounting and Treasury for Technical Consumer Products.
