Mr. Andreas Umbach has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He also serves as the Chairman of Rovensa SA since 2020, the Chairman of Landis+Gyr Group AG since 2017 and the President of the Zug Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2016. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Ascom Holding AG from 2010 to 2020, and the Chairman of Ascom Holding AG from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he served as a Director of WWZ AG from 2013 to 2020. Earlier, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Landis+Gyr AG from 2002 to 2017. Previously, he served as a Director of LichtBlick SE from 2012 to 2016. Earlier, he served as the President of the Siemens Metering Division.

Mr. Samuel Sigrist has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company and the Chairman of the Middle East Joint Venture of the company from 2017 to 2021. He joined the company in 2005 and served in various finance and corporate development positions including a Director of Group Controlling and Reporting, Head of Finance of Europe and Head of Group Projects. Previously, he served as the company’s President and General Manager of Europe Segment.

Mr. Frank Herzog has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of VFS Global. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dematic Group. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of KION Group. Prior to this, he served at Rothschild, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Ian Wood has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, he served at Honeywell in the Supply Chain function and the Vice President and General Manager of several business units. He also worked or A.T. Kearney and Ford Motor Co.
