Mr. Jian Wu is the Co-Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Chairman of Shanghai Maling Aquarius Co. Ltd, CPC Secretary of Shanghai Maling Aquarius Co. Ltd, and Vice President of Bright Food (Group) Co. Ltd. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager at Guan Sheng Yuan (Group) Co. Ltd and Shanghai Guan Sheng Yuan Food Ltd.

Ms. Vicki McColl is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific. Previously, she held various senior roles across Australia, London and South America for Rio Tinto.

Mr. Dave Courtney has been the Chief Customer Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Grower and Alliance Officer at Zespri from 2011 to 2020. Mr. Courtney worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the New Zealand Defense Force in communications roles from 2007 and 2010. Previously, he was a Journalist in New Zealand – including for the Nelson Mail, Press and Sunday Star Times newspapers and also for various publications in the UK and Australia.

Ms. Kate Beddoe has been the Chief Sustainability and Risk Officer of the company since 2020. She also served as the Chief Risk and Sustainability Officer at Vector Ltd. Previously, she served as the Vice President Risk & Sustainability at AMCOR global business. She served as the Strategic Risk Manager at Toyota Australia.
