Mr. Jeffri Salim Davidson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, China, Singapore & Power Systems, Industrial Division from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Davidson also served as the Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer of Sime Darby in 2016. He joined the company in 1992 as an Accountant and held various senior finance roles until 1996 including as the Finance Manager of Sime Rengo Packaging Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sime Darby.

Mr. Muhammad Noor Bin Abd Aziz has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for UEM Edgenta Berhad and the Group Chief Financial Officer of Pos Malaysia Berhad. Currently, Mr. also serves as a Director at Golden Hope Plantations Berhad; Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad; Kumpulan Sime Darby Berhad; Sime Darby Holdings Berhad; Sime Darby Malaysia Berhad; Sime Darby Allied Products Berhad; and UMW Holdings Berhad.

Ms. Alicia O’Donoghue has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager of Portfolio Strategy for the Industrial Division and as Vice President Markets and Strategy, Asia Pacific at Orica. Ms. O’Donoghue has also served with Deloitte London, PwC Australia and EY Oceania and has over 25 years experience in senior strategy roles in Management Consulting.

Ms. Roselaini Faiz has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of Sime Darby since 2018. Prior to this, she was the Director, Human Capital & Communications at Danajamin Nasional Berhad. Ms. Faiz also served as the Head, Human Resources at Hong Leong Bank Berhad. She has held various key senior positions in the HR field, including as Director, Human Resources at CIMB Aviva Assurance Berhad, Chief Human Resources Officer at Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad, Head of Rewards & Benefits Administration at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad and Vice President, Compensation and Benefits at Citibank Berhad.

Mr. Deny Rahardjo has been the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer and a board member with APP Indonesia - Sinarmas Group. Mr. Rahardjo also served as the Area IT Head – APAC and GCR at Microsoft Asia Pacific and as Vice President of IT – Managed Services with Telstra International.
