Mr. Shahrizal Suhainy has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he was the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Riau Utara Acheh and Upstream Indonesia from 2024 to 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Upstream Indonesia. Earlier, he was the Chief Financial Officer of TH Plantations Berhad from 2021 to 2022.

Ms Melissa Lokman has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Sapura Energy Berhad. Earlier, she served as a Derivatives Trader at Credit Suisse in London back in 2005 and in Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. David Ross Appleton has been the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief R&D Officer of SDP in June 2023. Previously, he served as the Head of Biotechnology and Breeding of the company in 2015. Mr. Appleton served as the Head, Product Innovation and Development in Sime Darby Oils in 2020.

Mr. Anil Abraham has been the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the General Counsel of UEM Edgenta Berhad.

Ms. Leela Barrock has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Governor of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance from 2017 to 2020. Ms. Barrock also served as Associate Editor in The Edge from 2000 to 2008 and as a financial journalist from 1994 to 2000. She has more than 25 years of experience in media and communication.
