Its portfolio comprises shopping, entertainment, dining and mixed-use destinations including premium outlets, malls, lifestyle centers and other retail properties. The company owned interests in various properties including malls, premium outlets, Mills and other retail properties and lifestyle centers in the US and Puerto Rico. The company also owns redevelopment and expansion projects in Asia, Europe and Canada. It has ownership interests in premium outlets in Japan, South Korea, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand and Mexico.
