Simon Property Group Inc (Simon Property) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). It owns, develops and manages retail real estate properties. The group’s portfolio comprises shopping, entertainment, dining and mixed-use destinations including premium outlets, malls, lifestyle centers and other retail properties. Simon Property owned interests in various properties including malls, premium outlets, Mills and other retail properties and lifestyle centers in the US and Puerto Rico. The group also owns redevelopment and expansion projects in Asia, Europe and Canada. It has ownership interests in premium outlets in Japan, South Korea, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand and Mexico. It also has international designer outlets in Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, France, and Spain. Simon Property is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the US.
