Mr. Peter Seah Lim Huat has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served at Citibank N.A. He served at Overseas Union Bank as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1977 to 2001. Mr Seah served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd from 2001 to 2004. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of DBS Bank Ltd, DBS Group Holdings Ltd and LaSalle College of the Arts Limited.

Mr. Goh Choon Phong has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President for Marketing of the company. Mr. Phong also served as the President of Singapore Airlines Cargo Pte Ltd from 2006 to 2010; Senior Vice President of Finance from 2004 to 2006; and Senior Vice President of Information Technology from 2003 to 2004. Presently, he also serves as the Chairman of Budget Aviation Holdings and a Director at SIA Engineering Company Limited and Mastercard Inc.

Ms. Jo-Ann Tan has been the Chief Financial Officer the company. Prior to this, she served in the Passenger Marketing and E-Commerce Development departments. She served various roles in the company including Ticketing Manager, Passenger Services Manager, Manager Northern China and Manager Victoria and Tasmania, Senior Manager Network Planning and Divisional Vice President Business Transformation. Ms. Tan held various senior management positions in the Cabin Crew Planning and Training, Loyalty Marketing and Network Revenue Management departments.

Mr. Lee Lik Hsin has been the Chief Commercial Officer and an Executive Vice President of Commercial at the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Scoot since 2016 and the Chief Executive Officer at Tigerair since 2014. He also served as a President at Singapore Airlines Cargo, Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning, Head of Planning and Fuel Department and Vice President roles at SIA. Mr. Lee is also the Chairman of KrisShop and a director of Budget Aviation Holdings, Everest Investment Holdings, and Tata SIA Airlines.

Mr. Tan Kai Ping has been the the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategy and of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing Planning and Corporate Planning at the company. Earlier, Mr. Kain Ping served as the President of Great Wall Airlines and as the Senior Vice President of Operations at SIA Cargo. He held various positions in SIA Cargo including Cargo Manager Corporate Strategy, Senior Manager Freighter Planning and Corporate Strategy and General Manager.
