Singapore Post Ltd: Executives

Mr. Vincent Phang Heng Wee has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Logistics. Mr. Wee joined the company in 2019 as the Chief Executive Officer for Postal Services and Singapore.

Mr. Noel Singgih has been the Group Chief Information Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific at DHL Supply Chain.

Mr. Jonathan Ooi serves as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company. He has more than 20 years of legal and company secretarial experience, includes serves as in-house counsel in major listed companies in Singapore.

Ms. Michelle Lee has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Head of Sustainability at the company since 2021. Ms. Michelle’s sustainability experience spans over 15 years and includes corporate sustainability strategy, effecting sustainable change and operational efficiencies across the entire property value chain from investment management to development, construction to asset and property management.

Mr. Vincent Yik has been Group Chief Financial officer of the company since 2021. He served as Chief Financial Officer at OUE Lippo Healthcare Limited. Mr. Vincent has over 20 years of experience in Finance.
