Mr. Yuen Kuan Moon has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Singapore of the company from 2012 to 2020. He served as the Group Chief Digital Officer of the company from 2018 to 2020. He also serves on the Board of Commissioners in Telkomsel, SkillsFuture. Mr. Moon also serves a Director of Defence Science and Technology Agency, the Singapore Institute of Management and Chairman of the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council.

Mr. Arthur Lang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of International at the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand, Chief Operating Officer of the Asia Pacific investment banking division and Co-head of the Southeast Asia investment banking division at Morgan Stanley. He also serves as a Director of Bharti Airtel, Intouch Holdings, AIS, GXS Bank, the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund and Singapore Tourism Board.

Mr. William Woo has been the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Enterprise Data and Managed Services (EDMS) and Managing Director of Cyber Security at Group Enterprise of the company. Previously, Mr. Woo served as Managing Director for the Southeast Asia region at Xchanging PLC. Prior to this, he held various Senior Management roles at EDS including as the Managing Director of Southeast Asia and India and Vice President of Global Service Delivery of Asia. Earlier, he worked at National Computer Board.

Mr. Jorge Fernandes has been the Group Chief Technology Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chief Technology Information Officer at Rogers. Mr. Jorge worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Vodafone UK. He has also worked at Cisco.

Ms. Aileen Tan is the Chief People and Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Human Resources of the company. She serves as a member of Singapore University of Social Sciences Board of Trustees, Globe Telecom Board, Health Sciences Authority Board, NTUC-U Care Fund Board of Trustees, Ministry of Finance’s VITAL’s Advisory Panel, Ministry of Manpower’s Workplace Safety & Health Council in Singapore and Singapore’s APEC Business Advisory Council alternative member.
