Mr. Paul O’Sullivan has been the Chairman of the company since October 2014. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at ANZ Bank. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Singtel Group Consumer from 2012 to 2014. He also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Optus from September 2004 to March 2012. Prior to this, Mr. Sullivan held senior positions within Optus including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Optus Mobile. Earlier, he worked in various international management roles at the Colonial Group and the Royal Dutch Shell Group in Canada, the Middle East, Australia and the UK. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Board of Commissioners of Telkomsel Indonesia’s largest mobile communications company; Director of Healthscope and St George and Sutherland Medical Research Foundation.

Mr. Michael Venter has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2023. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Wealth Management Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) from 2004 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer of Wealth Management and Chief Financial Officer International Financial Services at at CBA.

Mr. Peter Kaliaropoulos has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of the company.

Mr. Mark Potter has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he held various positions with various consulting firms including AT Kearney, Andersen Consulting, and Partners in Performance. Earlier, he also served at Australia's Commonwealth Bank for over 16 years.

Ms. Kate Aitken has been the Vice President of People and Culture of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager at Westpac from 2018 to 2020. Previously, she held various senior-level positions at Goldman Sachs from 2007 to 2018.
