Mr. Tse, Eric S Y has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of the company since 2022. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Liepin North America. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of CT Tianqing, the Chairman of Beijing Tide and a Director of NJCTT.

Ms. Tse Theresa has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she worked in the investment, finance and business development departments of various companies. She is also a Director of the company’s subsidiary CT Tianqing and the vice chairwoman of Beijing Tide.

Mr. Tse Ping has been the Senior Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. He is currently a Director of CT Tianqing, NJCTT, Jiangsu Fenghai, Jiangsu Qingjiang, Qingdao Haier, Qingdao Chia Tai Haier Medicines Co., Ltd Qingdao Heng Seng Tang Pharmacy Co Ltd and Beijing Tide. He is also a Director of Shanghai Fortune World Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin Chiatai Feed Tech Co., Ltd., SYN Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Chia Tai Oversea Chinese Realty Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Ping also a Director of Tianjin Binhai Teda Logistics (Group) Corporation Limited. He has more than 24 years of experience in investment and management in the pharmaceutical industry in the PRC.

Mr. Sean Chen is the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this, General Manager of respiratory, immunology and GI units of AstraZeneca China. Previously, he also served as the Head of BD & corporate strategy of Takeda China. He also served in various roles at Novartis and McKinsey.
